Teqd-2301b - Manual

Typical warranty: 12–24 months. The manual will list return authorization (RMA) steps.

[LCD Display]
[Menu] [Enter] [▲ Up] [▼ Down] [Alarm Reset]

A table of 10–20 error codes with root causes and remedies.

| Code | Meaning | Fix | |------|---------|-----| | E-01 | EEPROM failure | Return for service | | E-02 | Input A/D conversion error | Check sensor wiring | | E-05 | Auto-tuning time-out | Increase output range |

Without the Teqd-2301b Manual, you risk:

Golden Rule: Never power on a Teqd-2301b until you have read the safety and wiring sections of its official manual.

| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution | |---------|----------------|----------| | LCD blank, no LEDs | Power off | Check L/N (85–265V AC), fuse F1 (2A slow) | | Erratic input reading | Loose thermocouple wire | Re-tighten terminals 4-5; use shielded cable | | Output stuck at 4mA | Range scaling mismatch | Verify high/low range ≠ identical values | | No Modbus response | Wrong baud rate | Default 9600,8,N,1. Check termination resistor (120Ω) | | Alarm not triggering | Hysteresis too wide | Reduce hysteresis (default 5 units) |

Problem: Display shows “----” instead of temperature. Manual solution: The input type is mismatched. Confirm In.T matches your sensor. For a PT100, ensure you are using three-wire configuration.

Problem: Output relay chatters rapidly. Manual solution: Set P (proportional band) to a value greater than 0.5%. For ON/OFF control, set P = 0 and increase hysteresis (Hyd) to 2.0.

Problem: Cannot enter configuration mode. Manual solution: Cycle power. Immediately hold MODE after “Init” disappears. If still locked, short the “RST” jumper on the main PCB (requires opening the unit – see Section 8).

Typical warranty: 12–24 months. The manual will list return authorization (RMA) steps.
