So a Tenable question would ask: "Name the 8 countries that have won the World Cup" (Brazil, Germany, Italy, Argentina, France, Uruguay, England, Spain). If they ask for top 10, they combine it with "most appearances" – be careful!)
Correction for Round 4: A true Tenable question would be "Name the 10 countries with the most World Cup match wins." That list includes: Brazil, Germany, Argentina, Italy, France, England, Spain, Netherlands, Uruguay, Sweden. (Trap: Portugal is #11).
