Before diving into installations, it is important to manage expectations. The SM-J110H is an entry-level device released around 2016. You will not find official builds of major ROMs like LineageOS 19 or 20 (Android 12/13) for this device. Most custom development for this phone stopped at Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) or Android 7.1 (Nougat).
