RBsoft Mobile Tool (RMT) is a widely‑used utility for configuring, flashing, and diagnosing RBsoft‑based Android smartphones. Version 1.6 introduced a “Username & Password Fix” module that allows technicians to recover or reset locked credentials on devices that have become inaccessible due to forgotten or corrupted login data. This paper documents the underlying mechanisms of the fix, presents a reproducible step‑by‑step recovery workflow, evaluates its reliability across a representative device sample, and discusses the ethical and legal constraints that must be observed when using the tool in professional environments.
