Orcad 16.6 Tutorial [EXTENDED - Edition]

This is the bridge between schematic and layout.

  • Click OK. You will see a .MNL and .NET file appear in your layout folder.

    • ⚠️ Note: OrCAD 16.6 runs on Windows 7/8/10 (32/64-bit). It may have compatibility issues on Windows 11. orcad 16.6 tutorial

  • Click Import. You should see "Netlist import successful" in the command window.
  • Shape > Global Dynamic Shape Parameters > Update. The GND pour appears.
