Because the software is no longer sold or supported by its original publisher (which went defunct in 2003), you can find preserver copies of the 9.28 .ISO on archive.org. Always scan for malware if downloading from third-party sources, though.
Note: Jr Typing Tutor 9.28 will not run on Windows 10 or 11 natively. The 16-bit installer subsystem was removed by Microsoft starting with Windows 10 version 2004.
