The master server IP has changed. You can bypass the domain by editing your hosts file.
Since the in-game browser is unreliable, use external trackers. Websites like Gamemonitor or CodServers often maintain live lists of IW4x relays. Look for IPs ending in port 28960.
For server administrators, the most common reason a server does not appear on the updated list is improper port forwarding.
The Modern Warfare 2 we love is 15 years old. The fact that we can still open a server list and see Rust or Highrise loading is a miracle of reverse engineering.
