Step 1: Open your Layout tab.
Step 2: Type PAGESETUP and select Modify.
Step 3: Set Plotter to DWG to PDF.pc3. Select ISO A0 (841.00 x 1189.00 MM).
Step 4: Set Plot Scale to 1:1 (Fit to paper = OFF – never use this for scale drawings).
Step 5: Set Plot Style Table to Monochrome.ctb (or your custom file).
Step 6: Go to Shaded Viewport Options > Quality. Set to Normal or Maximum. Do not use "Draft" – it will rasterize hatches poorly.
Step 7: Click Preview. Zoom in. Check that your top title block text is sharp and viewport scales match.
