Technically, you can play Forza Horizon 2 on a PC using the Xenia (Xbox 360) emulator. This is legal only if you dump your own copy of the game from a disc you own. The "6GB Mediafire" links you find are often ISOs for the inferior Xbox 360 version, which runs poorly on most consumer PCs and has missing features (no drivatar, worse lighting, fewer cars).
