Epson — L382 Waste Ink Pad Reset

Run the Adjustment Program – Launch the program as Administrator (right-click → Run as administrator).

Select your printer – Choose “Epson L382” from the model list. Click “Select” or “OK.”

Access waste ink counter – Navigate to “Waste ink pad counter” or “Protection counter” in the menu. epson l382 waste ink pad reset

Read current values – Click “Check” to see the counters for “Main pad” and “Borderless pad” (usually near 100%).

Reset both counters – Check the boxes next to “Main pad counter” and “Borderless pad counter.” Click “Initialization” or “Reset.” Run the Adjustment Program – Launch the program

Verify reset – Turn the printer off manually, wait 10 seconds, and turn it back on to normal mode. The error should be gone.
