Most 128GB images are full of duplicate ROMs (USA, Europe, Japan, Rev A, Rev B), hacks, bad translations, and "Kindergarten" games you will never play. You end up deleting 40GB manually.
If you have a 128GB USB drive, I strongly recommend doing it yourself. It takes 2 hours and you end up with a cleaner, updated library.

A malicious actor could easily hide a keylogger or crypto miner inside a file named batocera-128gb-v2.img.
