What usually fails:
The short answer: Probably not from Google. The company has no incentive to support x86 for TV; their focus is ARM for low-power devices. However, as Chromebooks increasingly support Android apps (including Android TV features via ARCVM), some code may leak into generic x86 builds. Most Google TV services (Play Store TV version)
The Android Open Source Project (AOSP) includes Android TV source code. In theory, a dedicated developer could compile AOSP TV for x86, but the lack of GPU, audio, and DRM drivers makes this a heroic effort. As of 2025, no stable release exists.
If you want Android 13 running natively on your hardware, your best bet is Bliss OS. While not strictly an "Android TV" ISO out of the box, Bliss OS is the most active fork of the Android-x86 project currently offering Android 13 builds. The short answer: Probably not from Google
Bliss OS (BlissROMs.com) is an open-source Android-x86 fork that includes a "TV Mode." When enabled, it switches to an Android TV-style interface. As of version 16.x (Android 13), you can enable TV mode via settings. However, it is not a pure "Android TV 13 x86 ISO"—it’s an Android desktop build with a TV overlay.
