Most ALCPT listening sections ask you to match a sentence to a picture. On Form 88, users report a higher number of transformation questions.
Many users report that Form 88 contains less common military jargon and more civilian situational vocabulary (shopping, weather, health) than previous forms.
Compared to earlier forms (e.g., Form 50 or Form 70), ALCPT Form 88 is generally considered to be of intermediate to upper-intermediate difficulty. It is not as challenging as advanced forms like Form 98 or Form 100, but it requires solid foundational knowledge.
