The 2019 ISO can back up a physical Windows 7 or 10 machine and restore it as a virtual disk. In the ISO, back up the physical disk to a network share. Then, using Acronis True Image on a host PC, convert the backup into a .vmdk (VMware) or .vhdx (Hyper-V) file. Cause: Lack of RAID or NVMe drivers
To use the ISO:

Cause: The 2019 ISO uses SMB1 (legacy) by default. Solution: In the ISO's network settings, enable SMB2 support. Or, map the drive using IP and guest credentials.
The ISO can boot on both 32-bit and 64-bit hardware, though backup operations run in 64-bit mode when available.
